The Southport boat ramp is less than 100m away. The house has a reverse cycle A/C unit as well as a wood heater and comes completely equipped with new modern furniture as well as washer, dryer, dishwasher, StarLink satellite internet, 55inch Smart TV and fully equipped kitchen. Large off-street parking area for cars and boat. A Nespresso machine is provided but guests should bring their own capsules. Breakfast is not supplied.
