From the heart of the cool temperate rainforests of lutruwita/Tasmania and a home based distillery on lyluequonny country/Dover, we have re-imagined the concept of a local spirit.
Featuring the fragrant sassafras as the dominant flavour underpinned by native pepper and some locally grown cherries and citruses this Australian sugar cane based alcoholic beverage is hand made to ‘evoke’ the spirit of country
At local ambient temperature with just a few drops of good water ‘evoke’ presents a bitter middle, making it ideal as a digestive. As the serving temperature is lowered and/or it is watered down the bitterness gives way to a sweeter palette, opening up the serving options for both short and long drinks, only limited by your imagination.
