Depending on seasonal availability we also stock other local produce including honey, bread, smoked fish and other products from our woodfired kitchen.
From the historic Dover Bakehouse we wood fire oven bake sour dough bread on a Friday.
We also have established a small distillery on site, from which we bottle an incredibly unique botanical spirit featuring native sassafras (as gin does juniper).
Bread orders for Friday’s bake, must be made by Tuesdays and choices can be made via Facebook, Dover Bakehouse.
