The Visitor Centre is the first point of call for all visitors. Here you can purchase cave tour and thermal pool tickets and learn about the unique values of the area from the helpful staff and interpretation displays. Food is also available at the Visitor Centre.

BOOKINGS ARE ESSENTIAL for Cave Tours
Bookings for cave tours will be taken by phone, with payment by credit card. Numbers are currently limited to 8 people per tour. For current opening and tour times, check the Parks and Wildlife Services Website.

With the caves being 9 degrees all year round warm clothing and sturdy footwear are recommended.
